Infinity Obtains Occupancy Permit

The Infinity office building in Wrocław designed by the Warsaw office of AD-Studio for our Client Avestus Real Estate has now officially been completed – having achieved it’s occupancy permit recently.

Even though it is not the biggest building in volume the construction of this project has been very impressive – in greater part due to the various complexities related to it’s location in central Wrocław. A location known for complex soil conditions created by the Odra river and the old city moats as well as various archeological challenges. With the need to excavate approximately 34,400 cu.m. of soil in a busy city centre location, the top-down method of construction was selected by the general contractor Eiffage Polska.

The project is a 7 storey A-Class office with 23,300 sq.m. of accomodation, split between office and retail space. Parking is located on three underground levels with parts of the basement dedicated to service functions. The building also features a signature lobby with dedicated areas for visitors to the building and a roof top terrace with landscaping elements and greenery.

To meet the project developers and institutional investors high environmental and safety briefs, the project features cutting-edge technologies and has been designed to a high environmental standard, including designing for a BREEAM rating of Excellent – which certification level was achieved.

AD-Studio was responsible for the architecture, interior design and landscape design. Progress of the works have been well illustrated by the films on the Eiffage channel – links below – with recent photos showcasing the project.
