(a) The legal basis for the processing the Data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Administrator) (i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), understood as ensuring proper execution of the contract with the contractor, as well as activities related to building business relations, including organization of events of which AD-Studio Group LLC is an organizer or sponsor;

(c) Your Personal Data in the scope of: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address has been made available to us by our contractor, who is also your employer or principal. Your data will be processed for the duration of the contract between the Controller (Administrator) and its contractor, and after its termination within the time limits specified by law, including accounting law, and until the statute of limitations for claims arising from the contract or activities aimed at concluding the contract.

(d) You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing of Personal Data concerning you, and the right to object to processing.

(e) Your Personal Data may be transferred to entities processing Personal Data on our behalf, including IT service providers, external accounting and billing offices – with such entities processing data on the basis of an entrustment agreement and only in accordance with our instructions as Data Controller (Administrator). Personal Data may also be processed by persons authorized in this respect, such as employees and associates of AD-Studio Group LLC and forwarded to state authorities authorized under separate regulations for the purposes of proceedings conducted by them, postal service providers, courier companies and entities from the Data Controller’s (Administrator’s) group of companies.
