Sustainability and high-performance design are key elements of our company culture. With sustainability experts, including certified BREEAM assessors on our management team, we ensure the responsible design is at the core of everything we do. Utilising the latest advances in design technologies (BIM, energy modelling, advanced simulations), we aim higher than the minimum compliance to achieve certification. We strive to achieve true sustainability in our projects, seeking to provide solutions that don’t focus on just gaining points but rather on doing what is best for each individual project. Having delivered projects that achieved ratings in various certifications systems (including BREEAM, LEED or DNGB) we consider ourselves to be at the cutting edge of driving sustainable solutions. We are ahead of the curve with regard to Wellness (related to advancing health and well-being in buildings) and help our Clients address ‘performance gap’ issues where we strive to ensure our buildings operate at the level they were designed to perform at and not a reduced level like the majority of buildings.
