(c) Your Personal Data in the scope of: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address has been made available to us by our contractor, who is also your employer or principal. Your data will be processed for the duration of the contract between the Controller (Administrator) and its contractor, and after its termination within the time limits specified by law, including accounting law, and until the statute of limitations for claims arising from the contract or activities aimed at concluding the contract.
(d) You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing of Personal Data concerning you, and the right to object to processing.
(e) Your Personal Data may be transferred to entities processing Personal Data on our behalf, including IT service providers, external accounting and billing offices – with such entities processing data on the basis of an entrustment agreement and only in accordance with our instructions as Data Controller (Administrator).
